No. You can request a one-time service or choose a recurring cleaning frequency that suits your household.
Can I see pricing before requesting a booking?
The Client Portal displays calculator pricing for eligible services as you enter your home and service details. A property requiring a custom scope is reviewed separately.
What if my home needs more than regular cleaning?
Deep Clean Reset™ may be a better starting point when the home needs more detailed attention. If the condition or scope is complex, send us the property details for review.
Do you help with moves or listing preparation?
Yes. Tell us about the property's condition, the areas requiring attention and your key dates. We can then recommend a move service or a custom preparation scope.
Can you plan for a larger or multi-level home?
Yes. Size, layout, surfaces, condition and timing all help us determine the appropriate service and time allocation. Use the full service intake when a closer review is needed.
Can I include laundry or other services?
Explore laundry pickup options in the Client Portal. For several services or specialized care, tell us what the property needs so we can review how the work should be scoped.
Why does the booking portal ask for a payment card?
A card is securely saved through Stripe as part of the booking process. The portal states that it is not charged at booking; payment is collected after the service is completed.
