02 How do I know which service my home needs?

The right starting point depends on the home’s current condition, the areas requiring attention, your household circumstances, and the outcome you need. Tell us what is happening, and our team will help determine whether the home needs recurring maintenance, a deeper reset, transition or restoration support, property preparation, or practical household help.

03 Are your teams employees or independent contractors?

Our services are delivered through an employee-based model rather than an independent gig-worker arrangement. This supports training, professional oversight, service continuity, accountability, WSIB coverage, liability insurance, and consistent company standards.

04 Can I schedule laundry pickup directly?

Yes. Laundry Pickup & Delivery can be scheduled through The Bag System™. Choose from Mini, Regular, Large, or Extra Large capacity, select your preferred scent option, and provide your pickup details. Rug pickup may also be added when both services need to be coordinated.

05 What if my home has become difficult to manage?

You will not be judged. Homes can become difficult to manage because of demanding schedules, illness, recovery, changing mobility, caregiving, major transitions, or unexpected circumstances. We will respectfully review the condition and help establish a practical path forward. Where needed, the plan may include clearing, junk removal, cleaning, restoration, and ongoing household support.

06 Do you guarantee your cleaning services?

Yes. Our cleaning services are supported by a 24-Hour No-Hassle Reclean Guarantee. If an area included in the agreed cleaning scope does not meet our standard, notify us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a prompt reclean of the affected area at no additional cleaning charge.
