Everything You Need to Know for Your First Pick-Up
1. How to Prepare Your Laundry: Place your clothes in any basket or bag on your designated pick-up day. If you have stained items or need to be hang-dried, please put them in a smaller bag inside your main bag. If you would like any items hung, provide the hangers.
2. Stay Informed: We know communication is key. You will receive automated text notifications when we arrive and confirmation once your laundry has been picked up and delivered.
3. Pricing Reminder: When scheduling your laundry pick-up, here's what you need to know about pricing: We have a minimum order requirement of 10 lbs, which costs $21. There's also a pick-up and delivery charge of $12.99. However, we'll waive the delivery charge when your total order is over 28 pounds! The minimum charge for our laundry service is $33.99 plus tax.
4. Additional Services: In addition to regular laundry, we wash comforters and any other machine-washable items you may have. Small businesses are welcome to use our services—please contact us for customized pricing.

If you cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the pickup time, a $5.99 fee will apply. If the pickup is cancelled after the driver arrives at your location, a $12.99 fee will apply.
You do not have to be home to meet the driver to pick up your laundry, but you will be responsible for its safety. Leave your laundry on your porch or anywhere on the property we can access. Please include this information in the " Instructions" section of the booking so our driver knows.
Our minimum order for Wash & Fold is $21, which is 10 pounds of laundry excluding taxes.

Yes! You can send us mounds of clean clothes. We will fold and organize them to make it super easy to put away. Warning! Your clothes may be wrinkled. This option costs $1.79/lb

Not really. Only two things we want on the side. Stained items and items you'd like to be hang dried. You may place these in smaller bags within your laundry pickup. Please note if you want items hang dried same day delivery will not be possible.

- Please put your laundry in any plastic bag/laundry bag or basket and place it outside your door or in your preferred pickup location before your pickup window. Please make sure to include this designated area in your booking details.
- Please make sure you add your credit card info once you receive your booking confirmation so there are no delays. This will help us ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process for you.
