Q.What Regular Appointments Do you Have?
A. You may schedule regular service on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, Month, or on a occasional basis
Q. How many cleaners will clean my home?
A. We send one cleaning associate, however if your home is on the larger side, you do have the option of adding another cleaner as you see fit. If you are scheduling a Post Renovation or a Move In or Move Out Cleaning, we do have a 2 person minimum.
Q.Do you provide cleaning supplies.
A. Yes, we us Mothers Choice, Pink Solution, or Green Works we do not charge extra for the use of our cleaning supplies.
Q. What is your cancellation Policy
A. Our Cancellation Policy for Post Renovation, Move In/Out and Open House Detailed Cleaning is 24 hour prior to any cleaning associate arriving a 4 hour cancellation fee would apply. For Regular Housekeeping a 3 hour cancellation fee will apply.
Q.Do you provide a Receipt?
A. Yes our cleaning associates leave a receipt at each appointment.
Q. How long will the cleaning take?
A. Service varies from one home to another, all jobs are quoted based on homes we've cleaned of similar size.
Q. Do you provide Referrals?
A. We ask that you visit http://www.homestars.com.
Q. Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
A. No not at all. In fact, many of our clients prefer to give us a key, all keys in our possession are given a code, and are secured in a safe when not in use. Your address and person information is never attached to the key.
Q. Are You Bonded & Insured?
A. Just Clean It is bonded & Insured for your protection.
Q. Do you require a contract to be signed?
Never. We're happy to earn your business each and every time we clean your home, we've built this company on doing so.
