Position Available:
Cleaning Associate

· Be on time each day for work
· Introduce yourself and be friendly and courteous to all clients when entering their homes
· Clean your area of responsibility in all homes assigned to you or your team each day
· Clean a minimum 2 homes per day.
· Clean homes with quality guaranteeing no more than 2 quality cancels per year
· follow methods in
the speed cleaning system of cleaning always utilizing apron and top to
bottom-left to right cleaning system
· Make sure that you have all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment before each cleaning appointment.
· Make sure you read all work orders before each appointment.
· Maintain the equipment you utilize in proper working order
· Keep bucket and cleaning items clean and organized
· Prevent any loss of supplies and equipment, counting all cleaning rags in and out each check out day
· Help read maps and locate customer homes
· Inform Team Leader of updated customer information regarding your area of responsibility that needs to be added/changed on the check out sheet comments section
· Perform periodic task when designated by Team Leader/Office
· Notify Team Leader or office immediately regarding any problems that arose while cleaning the home (i.e. broken item, loose faucet, etc)
· Prepare for next home by filling all empty bottles and organizing vehicle
· Help partners when finished earlier than them
· Communicate and work effectively with cleaning partners
· Follow all company policies and procedures as described in the employee handbook
