Service Agreement
Entry to your home
We offer 4 entry options to choose from:
1. the client may opt to be home to allow access to their home the day of the service.
Just Clean It cannot always guarantee the exact arrival time so the client must be home between 8:00 and 3 PM to let the cleaner into the home. If no one is home or our cleaners are turned away for any reason a cancellation fee of that days cleaning will be charged.
2. The client provides, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home.
Keys will be placed in a secure safe at Just Clean Its office. The cleaners will be issued the key the day of your scheduled service to gain access to the home. The key will be signed out by the cleaners, or team and signed back in after each scheduled service and placed back in the safe. The keys are not marked with any of your personal information in case they are lost. In the event the code given is not correct and cleaners cannot gain access to the home the client is responsible for the lock out and a cancellation fee of that days cleaning charge will be charged for that missed service
3. The client purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide Just Clean It with the pass code. In the event for any reason the key is not in the lock box or the code does not work when the cleaners arrive to clean your home; the client is responsible for the lock out and a cancellation free of the days cleaning will be charged for that service.
4. The client is free to drop off keys keys at the Just Clean It office located at 2655 Lawrence Avenue East Upper level unit 810
Please note: In the event the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, the client will sign a release form stating that Just Clean It will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the clients home. Just clean It does not recommend this way of entry.
Home Alarm Systems
Just Clean It will not be liable for any false alarm charges due to codes changed not brought to our attention before servicing the home.
Time Of Service
At times it is very difficult to give an exact arrival time because of our ever changing scheduled and the fact that we don't finish cleaning each home at an exact time. We service homes between the hours of 8:00 and 6:00 PM and will strive to be at your home within an hour of the estimated time given.
Schedule Change, Cancellation Of Service
In the event that you want to reschedule, skip, or add or cancel your service, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice, without 24 hour notice you will be charged for that day's cancellation. We ask that you give us at least a weeks notice before you cancel your service. All cancellations must be made through our office.
Payment
Just Clean It accepts cash, cheque, and email money transfers, and credit card payments, please note that payments is due at the time of service, if you wish to pay with a credit card payment must be made directly after service is completed. If you are a regular client and wish to pay using a credit card you may provide a credit card that we will keep on file and your payment will be process on the day of your cleaning.
Price Increases
Clients are given advance notice of any price increases Just Clean It reserves the right to raise prices at anytime.
Special Requests
Just Clean It asks that the client call the office 72 hours in advance of their scheduled service for any special requests to assure that the schedule allows the cleaners enough time to perform the request during that scheduled service. Any service requiring extra labor will be added to the clients bill. Any service not normally included in your cleaning package will be an additional charge unless it is noted in the clients service agreement.
Quality Control
Just Clean It needs your input on the overall experience and quality of our services, so that we may address concerns that are important to you. The cleaner(s) will leave a service survey from time to time, please take the time to fill out these sheets as it will help us provide you with the best quality service.
Working In The Home
The Cleaner needs to be able to work without distractions, every effort is made for the cleaner(s) to work safely, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning your home. This includes children and pets. in the event the cleaners are not able to work without distractions that affect their ability to work at their normal speed, Just Clean It reserves the right to charge for their extra time spent in the clients home.
If for any reason a cleaner of Just Clean It feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site due to actions by the client, client's guest or animals, the client will be liable for the full cost of the service.
Pets
If your pets do not get along with strangers please bring this to our attention before hand, we suggest you introduce your pets to the cleaner(s). If your pets are aggressive in anyway please make arrangements for them while the cleaner is present in your home.
Breakage
It can happen when you lease expect it! Just Clean it can assume no liability for damage due to pictures not hung securely; items with unstable bases, floating shelves, items not secured properly, etc....The client should clean curio cabinets, figurines, glassware and items of extreme value or sentimental value. Just Clean It is insured and bonded for your protection.
Damage
The client should point out any damage to surfaces during the initial walk through and before any service begins. Just Clean It is sometimes called to correct work from other companies, please bring previous damages to our attention before we begin to clean, If previous damage is brought to our attention we may require the client sign our preexisting surface damage waiver.
In areas of the home with extreme clutter Just Clean it reserves the right to skip those areas in order to avoid damaging items of injuring the cleaners. Surfaces such as wood floors and natural stone should be in good condition and ready to clean, Just Clean It assumes that all areas have been sealed professionally.
Our Guarantee: We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services! If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please report any concerns to our office at 416.750.7771 within 24 hours after your service. We will return and re-clean the area of concern at no extra cost.
Non-Solicitation Of Employees
When a accepts service with Just Clean It the client understands that they will pay a $2500-$5000 training fee to Just Clean It, if they engage in a working relationship directly with an employee of Just Clean It, during the course of this agreement other than through Just Clean It.
Non-Solicitation Agreement
This Non-Solicitation Agreement is entered into by Just Clean It Quality Home Solutions and the client who is choosing to use our services.
I understand that Just Clean It has invested time and money in the development and training of their employees and that under no circumstances will I knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with an employee of Just Clean It.
I understand that the solicitation of a Just clean It employee for my private hire will result in termination of services, and firing of the employee and legal action.
I understand that I will pay Just Clean It a training fee of $2500-$5000 if I breach this non-solicitation agreement and hire our employee for my own private service.
Payment Agreement
I understand in the event that I cancel my scheduled service without a weeks notice I will be charged the full price of that week's service.
I understand that I will have to pay for the full cost of service if I cancel on the same day.
I understand that payment is due in full on the day of service. A late fee of $12 will be added to my bill if payment is not left or received on the day of service.
I understand that any NSF (insufficient funds) will result in a fee of $42.50 Service fee
I understand that Just Clean It reserves the right to raise prices at anytime and will give me advanced notice of any price increases.
I understand that special request are to be made 72 hours in advance and that there will be additional charges if those requests are not included in the cleaning package.
No presentation or warranty made by any other persons, expressed or implied other than the owners of Just Clean It Quality Home Solutions Shall be binding upon Just Clean It Quality Home Solutions. By using our services you accept all the terms and conditions in this service agreement.
